HI there! Our top priority is always client experience, which is why we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. Having these rules in place allows us to provide you and everyone else an exceptional photoshoot experience.
We offer a high touch point service, which means we're very much involved in your photoshoot before it takes place and long after. We love that we can offer this type of experience to everyone who walks through our doors!
You may not see all the behind the scenes magic that takes place, but know that we are prepping for your big day and thinking about you long before you step in front of our camera.
When a client requests to cancel, our team has already been secured and started to plan out all the details of your photoshoot. When a client requests to reschedule and we're unable to fill that spot, it has now taken up multiple dates on our calendar that otherwise could have gone to someone else with enough notice.
If we're able to fill your rescheduled appointment, it adds additional work and hours to our team in order to deliver each touch point in a reduced time frame.
With all this in mind I hope you understand and respect the importance of our policies.

Services Provided
Photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package. The specifics of the package, including session details, number of images provided, and editing services, will be detailed in a separate booking confirmation.
Refundable Deposit
If you've paid a deposit through a giveaway, model call, or other promotion, it is:
- 100% refundable on the day of your ordering appointment
- Or can be applied toward additional images or products
- It becomes non-refundable if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule
Session Fee
- Non-refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks of your session or no-show
- Refundable only if canceled more than 2 weeks in advance
Pre-Purchase Option
- Clients can pre-purchase collections or products to save 10%, and/or access exclusive bonuses
- Offers expire 48 hours after receiving our pricing email and are not extended. Pre-purchasing is optional; you may wait to order at your appointment.
Payment Plans & Financing
- In-house plans must be paid in full as agreed. Images will not be released until payment is complete.
- Missed payments do not cancel your obligation to pay in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule.
- A session fee is refundable only with more than 2 weeks notice from your photoshoot date.
- A €250 rescheduling fee applies if rescheduling within 2 weeks of the session (can be used as credit toward your order).
- One courtesy reschedule is allowed with more than 2 weeks' notice. Further changes incur the €250 rescheduling fee (can be used as credit toward your order).
- A €100 admin fee may be charged for consultation or ordering appointment no-shows or rescheduling within 48 hours.
- If you cancel your session, pre-purchases can be refunded, minus:
- Your deposit (if applicable)
- A €100 admin fee
- Credit card processing fees
Final Sale Policy
- All orders made during your ordering appointment are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered due to the custom nature of our products.
- We will work with you to address any concerns with your order.
- If you downgrade your purchase at the ordering appointment, the difference will be refunded.
- In-house payment plans that extend beyond the ordering date are final and non-refundable.
Image Delivery & Editing
- Edited digital images will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
- All editing requests must be made during the ordering appointment.
- You'll receive your final gallery to review before products are ordered and have 3 business days to request revisions.
- No response within 3 days = approval and processing of the order.
- Revisions requested after 3 days may incur a €100 admin fee.
Unauthorized Screenshots & Image Use
- Screenshots or unauthorized image capture is strictly prohibited.
- Legal action may be taken if this policy is violated.
Ordering Appointment Policies
- All orders must be finalized within 30 days of your photoshoot. If not, a €500 archival fee will be required to securely store your images for future viewing.
- If the archival fee is not paid, your images will be permanently deleted and no longer available for ordering.
- If you are unable to complete your order during your initial appointment, a €500 archival fee will also apply to schedule a second viewing session.
- This fee can be credited toward your final order but is non-refundable if unused.
Liability
- The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the session.
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, or equipment failure), the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund the Client as applicable.
Miscellaneous
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the laws of the Netherlands.
